IS WAYNE ROONEY?STARTING?TO LOSE HIS NEW HAIR ALREADY?Picture taken from the Daily Mail online
It’s been exactly a year since Wayne Rooney splashed £30,000 on a hair transplant and already it seems his new locks are starting to thin.
Pictured training with England team mates in preparation for the European Championships in Poland and Ukraine, Rooney was sporting a ‘comb over’ type hairstyle,?just?a year after being ‘delighted’ with the hair transplant procedure.?
Rooney had the ‘follicular transfer’ treatment?in which hair follicles are extracted from lush patches and reinserted where hair is thinning – at a London clinic. Some football fans have speculated that the new comb over hair style is an attempt to cover up the scalp from bald patches and thinning hair.?
It’s not totally?confirmed?as to whether Rooney’s hair is actually falling out and returning to the stage it was at before the hair transplant, and so only time will tell over the coming months whether this is the case.
Hair transplants are currently viewed as the most effective hair loss treatment.?Depending?on the severity of the treatment, a hair transplant can cost anything between £8,000 – £30,000. Though growing in popularity and in many cases proven to be a very effective procedure, the hair transplant, like all other hair loss treatments, comes under no?guarantee. Some patients do not experience any regrowth of lost hair. while many others only?experience?minor results.?
The most popular forms of hair loss treatments on the market today are mainly scalp therapy topical foams, hair growth sprays, hair food capsules and DHT blocking shampoos.?
